We mentioned balance earlier. After strength training and proper nutrition, the third piece of the health puzzle is cardiovascular exercise. It’s crucial. / Using a mindful combination of elliptical cross trainers, treadmills, bikes and even jump ropes, we’ve shown dramatic cardio results with clients. More endurance. Better stamina. Less chance of feeling too easily “pooped.”
But the most dramatic results come from joining our Running Club. Teaching people proper running techniques and helping them work their way up to a certain mileage (or even marathons!) can be life-changing. It’s all about learning how to be committed and consistent — we can help you with both.
